Donations
Facing a life-limiting illness is a very difficult experience for individuals and for their families. The Hospice at May Court's mission is to offer palliative and end-of-life support and care through home support, day hospice, family support programs and our nine bed residential care facility. Since 1999 our unique community funded, charitable organization has provided and continues to provide support and services, at no cost, to people living with life-limiting illness and to their families.

Download, print and complete our In-Memorial card for in-memorial donations, or our General Donation / Membership card for all other donations to The Hospice at May Court. Drop either of these off at the reception desk at the Hospice or mail it to:
