Hospice at May Court Services
Home Support Program offers emotional support and practical help to patients facing a life-threatening illness who are being cared for at home.
Day Hospice Program provides diversion, support and respite to patients and their families, as well as access to care and assessment.
Family Support Program offers counselling to caregivers who look after someone with a life-threatening illness and to the bereaved who have lost a family member.
Residential Care Program provides end-of-life care in the final weeks of a person's illness, and support for their family at the Hospice 's nine bed home-like facility.
There is no charge for any of the programs at the Hospice at May Court, however donations are encouraged and welcomed
