PLEDGES and “THE POWER OF 10” CAMPAIGN

To mark the 10th anniversary of Hike, we have created the “Power of 10 Campaign”. Our goal is to raise $120,000, 10% more than last year. In order to help us meet our goal for this very important fundraiser, we encourage each hiker to aim to collect at least 10 pledges of $25 each or more from friends, colleagues, neighbours or relatives.  Or, form a team of 10 people and build on the power of a team to raise at least $2500.

Every hiker who brings in pledges of $250 or more will receive a special commemorative gift which will be distributed at preregistration or registration time. Prizes will be awarded for top fund raising team and top individual fundraiser during closing ceremonies.

This year, now more than ever, we need your help. Please let your friends, colleagues, neighbours and family members know you are walking to help raise money to allow The Hospice at May Court to offer its end of life and palliative care services to over 600 individuals annually at no charge to them.  Our annual fundraising target is $1.2 million and we aim to achieve 10% of that from The Tracy Arnett Hike for Hospice 2012.
